Company: Refers to SHANTI GREEN ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED, Shanti Bhawan, Ring Road No.2, Gondwara, Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, 493221  also referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our.”

• Goods: Items offered for sale on the Service.

• Orders: Requests made by you to purchase Goods from us.

• Service: Refers to the Website.

• Website: Shanti Green Energy Private Limited,  accessible at adblueurea.in  

• You: The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service. 

Product Returns: Due to the nature of AdBlue, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery. In the case of defects, the client should report the issue within 3 days of receipt.

Claims Process: Claims for product defects or damage must be supported with documentation (photos, delivery notes, etc.). The client must contact customer service for instructions on how to process a return or claim. 

Refunds: If a return is accepted, a refund or product replacement will be issued based on the condition of the returned goods. 

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Send the Goods to : SHANTI GREEN ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED, Shanti Bhawan, Ring Road No.2, Gondwara, Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, 493221. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
